Pyinstaller + pyenv on MACOSX

For pyinstaller be able to work on specific version of Python installed by pyenv,

We need to install python in pyenv with parameter.

env PYTHON_CONFIGURE_OPTS="--enable-framework" pyenv install 3.4.4
